To book a consultation, please fill out this form.

After clicking submit, you will be brought to my consultation calendar, showing available slots to schedule a video consultation call.

If absolutely needed, there will be an option to request an in person consultation.

​

After selecting a date and time, you will be required to pay the $100 consult fee* using a secure payment method provide by Wix Payments.

​

This is a non refundable payment under any circumstances and your submitting payment is an agreement to these terms. 

​

*$100 consult fee will be applied to amount owed at time of session.
